Post subject: You get the error 'The user does not have access to this program. (SC-E-0015)' the first time a user tries to log on to the system.

Symtoms:
The first time a new user tries to log on to the DataNOW software the get an error: 'The user does not have access to this program. (SC-E-0015)' before the application even starts.
Cause:
This error generaly means that the logged on user does not have permission to run the application that is trying to load. When a user is initially set up and is give "Include" permission rights, that user cannot run anything they are not specifically given a right to run.
This error would occur the first time a user logs on to the system not allowing them to even see the menu if the user is an include user and was not explicitly given the rights to run the Menu application (dnmenu.exe).
Solution:
As a user with the ability to grant rights to users, run the *SESCOM*SCM000 application from the Menu command line and grant the user the right to use Menu (dnmenu.exe).
